Information we collect
- Technical data. When you visit, our hosting provider automatically records server logs such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use this to keep the site secure and running.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and message so we can reply.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address to send you the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Cookies and third-party services
- This site does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add them, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that data.
- When you click an affiliate link, the retailer or affiliate network may set cookies or similar technologies to record that you came from our site. Their use of your data is covered by their own privacy policies.
- Our hosting provider, Hostinger, and its content delivery network process technical data to deliver the site to you.
How we use information and our legal bases
We use personal information to run and secure the site and to answer your messages (our legitimate interests), and to send the newsletter you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time). We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider. We keep emails for as long as we need to deal with your request, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. This includes rights under UK and EU data protection law and US state privacy laws such as California’s. To make a request, email us at contact@24london.uk. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

International transfers
We are based in the United Kingdom and our service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards.
